Arrival and departure days are Saturdays. Minimum of two-week stay (one-week bookings are only accepted for weeks 1 & 4.) There is a 5% discount on booking over two weeks. A 10% discount is also available for siblings and any subsequent children. On top of this we have an early bird discount that is available untill the 31st of January 2026.

Our international student travel insurance policy is designed to cater for the insurance needs of persons studying in the UK on a trip arranged by Westonbirt Summer School and is included in the booking price. The product provides cover including emergency medical assistance and medical costs, protection in the event of cancellation or curtailment, cover for loss, theft of or damage to baggage and personal money.

We provide airport transfer service from London Heathrow Airport and Bristol airport for flights arriving between 10am and 7pm.  Private Transfer Service available from several other airports can be arrange for an additional cost.

Unaccompanied minors:

We are happy to assist with the arrival and departure of unaccompanied children. It is the responsibility of the family to ensure that this service is available and booked with the airline, and that all necessary paperwork is handed over to us.

A deposit of £500 per student secures a place at the Blundell’s Summer School. The balance is due 6 weeks before the student arrives.
We will then be in touch to confirm your booking, and arrange for payment of the deposit.
