The Old Blundellian Club is led by a dedicated committee of former students who are passionate about fostering connections, preserving traditions, and supporting the legacy of Blundell’s School. Meet The Committee
Paul Waterworth

Position: President (NC 58-62)

Bio: Paul is a retired Judge, having sat for 23 years after many years practising as a
solicitor. He is now involved with several organisations including as a trustee of an Academy
Trust of primary schools in Devon. Paul has also been Chair of the OB Club for 8 years.

Katharine Sendell

Position: Chair (GH 07-14)

Bio: Katharine was a full boarder from the age of 11 and was appointed Head Girl in her final
year. Katharine now lives in Bristol, working in Digital Delivery for the Civil Service.

Jonny Ison

Position: Hon. Treasurer (SH 63-67)

Bio: Thanks to Jonny's professional as a chartered accountant, he has been able to manage the clubs finances for many years, he is the current Treasurer, and sits on the Peter Blundells Society committe, the Ted Crowe Will Trust committee and the Beale Centre committee.

Janet Wooff (nee Frankpitt)

Position: OB Club Secretary (GH 80-82)

Bio: Janet had been Secretary since 2008. She married OB, Mark Wooff, in the Blundell’s
Chapel (the first OB wedding to take place there) and is a former parent as well. Among
many other things, Janet is an active member of the Magpies shooting club.

Volunteer Your Time
Even if you’re unable to commit to a committee role, you can still volunteer your time to help with careers advice, events, or representing the Club at functions. Your contributions are invaluable in keeping the OB Club vibrant and active.
Share Your Ideas
We welcome your ideas and suggestions for improving the OB Club and better serving the needs of our community. Whether you have thoughts on event planning, fundraising strategies, or community outreach, we want to hear from you.
