A-Level Results 2026
Blundell’s is delighted to celebrate an excellent set of A Level results for the Class of 2026.
This year, 75% of all grades were A*–B, with an impressive 43% of grades awarded at A* or A. Alongside these strong academic results, 90% of pupils secured their choice of university or apprenticeship place, reflecting the breadth of opportunities available to our pupils as they take the next step in their education.
These results are a testament to the hard work, commitment, and determination of our pupils. They also reflect the dedication and expertise of our teaching and pastoral staff, who have supported pupils throughout their school journey and encouraged them to fulfil their potential.
As a non-selective school, we are particularly proud of the progress and achievement represented by these results. Our pupils arrive with a wide range of prior attainment and leave Blundell’s having developed academically, personally and independently. The results achieved this year demonstrate what can be accomplished when pupils are ambitious for themselves and are supported by a community that knows and cares about them as individuals.
For many pupils, A-Level results day marks the culmination of years of hard work and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We are delighted that so many of our pupils have secured places at their chosen institutions and are looking forward to seeing what they go on to achieve.
