FOOD TECHNOLOGY
At Blundell’s Prep, our children are given the opportunity to become the budding MasterChefs of the future during their weekly lessons taught in our state-of-the-art kitchen.
From Year 3, all of our children enjoy weekly timetabled FT lessons in which they learn the key skills required to select, prepare and present foods of different kinds. Food hygiene, sustainability, a balanced diet and the importance of being able to wash up, are all features of the FT programme. There is also the added perk of having something delicious to take home for families to enjoy!
