Rounders
Rounders is played in the Summer term for the girls in Year Seven and Eight. Training sessions take place on Amory and matches are played on the Prep School pitches.
All girls will train once a week and there are several matches across the term playing local Schools and Prep Schools.
The sport of rounders helps to improve the girls co-ordination and tactical play and incorporates many of the skills required for cricket – a growing and popular sport for girls. Many girls will have played Rounders as one of their main sports before joining Blundell’s.
