Bonfire and Fireworks Bonfire and Fireworks
The annual 'Friends of Blundell's Prep' Bonfire and Fireworks were held last week with an excellent turnout on a cold and clear evening. Cold hands were warmed by mulled wine and hot chocolate and the hot food went down well. The Art Club made the guy - almost too good to be burnt - and Mr Folland climbed to the top of the bonfire to put it in its rightful place. A very enjoyable evening.

Hockey U11 Hockey Tournament, Clayesmore Hockey

Rugby U11A Rugby v Taunton Prep Rugby
The U11A team had an excellent start to the season with a good win over Taunton Prep. Toby scored direct from the kick off, his pace surprising the opposition. The rest of the half was evenly contested with the front five and Jack at scrum half working hard to gain and keep possession. The scrums and rucks were evenly contested, but the backs of Will, Ben, Toby, Harvey, Freddie and Thomas made good ground whenever they received good quality possession. The second half was much of the same with excellent defensive work from the forwards. Three more tries were scored, with Harvey scoring the last on the final whistle. Score: 24 - 0 to Blundell's Prep.
