PART TIME TEACHER OF ENGLISH FOR SPEAKERS OF OTHER LANGUAGES (TESOL)

Description A well-qualified graduate is required to join our English for Speakers of Other Languages Department.  This is a one-year post in the first instance teaching on a part time basis. The successful candidate will be able to teach ESOL from beginners to advanced and will ideally hold a recognised EFL qualification and a PGCE.

A commitment to full participation in the life of this thriving boarding school is welcomed.  An ability to offer a second subject may be an advantage.

VISITING CELLO TEACHER

Description A specialist Cello teacher is required for September for up to 6 hours teaching weekly with the opportunity to aid and develop our ensemble coaching. Experience in both teaching and performing is essential and the candidate should have conservatoire training or equivalent. Current pupils range from Grade 3 to grade 8 level. Blundell’s has a thriving Music Department and is situated in Tiverton, Devon, 2 hours from London by train, 45 minutes from Bristol and 30 minutes from Exeter with excellent rail and road links.
